When someone is looking to purchase or rent a property, they naturally turn up their intuitive faculties as high as they possibly can. They become ultra-sensitive to any energy (positive or negative) that may be associated with the property.
However, in the process of selling a property, it is often the case that current or even past owners subconsciously do not truly want to let the property go. They then unwittingly leave behind blocked energy on the property that the prospective buyers can feel.
Even undetected physical problems with the property (i.e. water damage or leaking under the house) can come across on an energy level to make the house feel ungrounded or unsafe.
