Try Clairvoyant Aromatherapy!
Essential oils, chemical essences of a plant diffused and bottled in a very concentrated form, can heal on energetic and emotional levels. To use essential oils clairvoyantly, you can match the origin of the essence to that part of your body.
For example, eucalyptus leaf oil comes from the leaves of the tree. The leaves are the respiratory system of the tree. Matching to our bodies, the eucalyptus leaf oil will assist in healing our respiratory system. For grounding, try a root or wood oil such as vetiver, rosewood, or cedarwood. Wood oils are also great for energy protection. Lavender is a universal oil that can ground you as well as energize.
Close your eyes and visualize the part of the plant that will match your grounding cord. Experiment by smelling different essential oils to know what will work best. Place a dot of the oil periodically on your wrist during the day. Note: Aromatherapy only works if you like that particular smell-- so be sure it is a match for your nose!

Hello! Have you ever wondered what impact your thoughts have on your body? You've heard the expression "change your thoughts, change your life." It seems like a simple statement, but your body must become involved in the thought change as well. How is your body affected?
Joe Dispenza, a brain researcher featured on "What the Bleep Do We Know?" - a film about quantum physics and the spiritual world, explains that there are actual chemicals that are released by the brain that physically affect us. We can eventually get addicted to these chemicals and the thoughts that produce them. The challenge in changing our thoughts is not just in using our will to change but also overcoming withdrawal symptoms from our bodies (as if we are giving up caffeine or other drugs)!
Dispenza says the following:
"Essentially, when we have happy, inspiring, or positive thoughts, our brain manufactures chemicals that make us feel joyful, inspired or uplifted. For example, when we look forward to a pleasurable experience, the brain immediately makes a chemical neurotransmitter called dopamine, which turns the brain and body on in anticipation of that experience, and we feel excited. If we have thoughts of hate, anger, or insecurity, the brain produces chemicals that the body responds to in a comparable way, and we feel hateful, angry or unworthy.
When the body responds to a thought by having a feeling, the brain, which constantly monitors the status of the body, notices that the body is feeling a certain way. In response to that bodily feeling, the brain generates thoughts that produce corresponding chemical messengers, so that we begin to think the way we are feeling. Thinking creates feeling, and then feeling creates thinking, in a continuous biological feedback loop. This cycle eventually creates a particular state in the body - what we call a state of being - that determines the general nature of how we feel and behave. "
Meditation can help you gain control over these thoughts by quieting the mind and giving the body a break from the chemical / thoughts onslaught. You begin to become aware of the "loop" that is happening between your thoughts and how your body is feeling and that is the first step in breaking this circuit.

Hello everyone! Happy Holiday Spirit!
I hope you are all saying "hello" to yourselves during the holiday season! It is important to stay grounded not only to stay strong during all the excitement and hysteria of family obligations and gift giving but also to release the energy that tends to accumulate in your body and aura. When you are grounded, you are able to let go of anything you no longer need. This could be emotions that you are experiencing or the emotions of another person which you have picked up. The grounding cord creates your special connection with the center of the planet and allows the pull of gravity to work effortlessly to take any discomfort or foreign energy from your body. You can also keep yourself whole, calm and separate from others so you can enjoy rather than match the feelings around you.
This season may be about the heart but as a psychic, I notice many people experience the season in the second chakra (the energy center below your navel). Your second chakra is your place of clairsentience and emotions, containing the truth to "honor one another." It records every interaction and relationship you have ever had with people, work, finances and creativity.
When you focus on your second chakra, do you have any fears? Do you find yourself losing power with your relationships with certain people, your work or money? With every fearful emotion, the second chakra leaks energy. To strengthen this chakra, reverse these fears and think of all the positive energy that is generated here. Feel gratitude for all the people in your life whom you love and whom you support. Think of them and send them messages you want to send them. Focus on your creativity - which thrives in this part of the body. This is where you give life to your ideas. Visualize the ideas you want to create today. Bring these ideas into this part of the body. Follow your meditation by bringing into your body a golden sun of your highest creative life force energy - joy, enthusiasm and love. I wish you a joyful holiday!
In peace and joy,
